2. Information about the collection of personal data

For the technical operation of the website, we have agreed to cooperate with the provider IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur (hereinafter referred to as IONOS).

The legal basis for processing the data is Art. 6 par. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest). We have a legitimate interest in the statistical analysis of user behavior in order to align our website design and content with user interests.

Contact form / contact by e-mail, telephone or fax

When you contact us via the contact form or by direct e-mail, telephone or fax, the data/information you provide (e.g. name, e-mail address, telephone number and content of the message via the contact form) is transmitted to us in encrypted form as far as possible and stored by us. Your contact is expressly made on a voluntary basis. Failure to deliver the aforementioned data will not affect you.

The data processing is essentially carried out by Google. The transmitted information is used by Google to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide us with other services related to website and internet usage. Google further uses the collected data for profiling purposes and combines it with other data of the user such as search history, personal accounts, usage data of other devices and any other data Google has on this user.

The adequacy of the protective measures is continuously reviewed and adapted to new security standards.
